Chesterfield Since 1968 Vintage Shirt - Made In Korea sz Large

Inside tag with material info is completely faded. Material feels high quality, does not appear to be faded at all. See photos for measurements. Last photo shows what appears to be 2 small incisions? where a tag was possibly removed? Kinda looks intentional but not sure. Not visible when shirt is worn.
