NEW Made in USA Doug Parrish Handcrafted cutting board made of face grain and edge grain Cherry and Hard Maple and coated with a protective layer of food grade mineral oil. The cutting board is 14.5" X 9.5" X 1 1/4 inch thick. It has a Roman Ogee Edge and rubber pads on the bottom. Fine wooden cutting boards need care to protect them from warping or cracking. Cutting boards are NOT dishwasher safe and should always be hand washed using soap and warm water. Avoid using any harsh chemicals and never submerge the board in water. Be sure to fully dry the board. Apply mineral oil to the entire board every month or when it feels dry to the touch. Let the oil sit on the surface for 15-30 minutes and then wipe off the excess.
