Unique vintage looking flared dress. Amazing pattern. 100% breathable cotton. Fits size 2. Tightly runched on the bodice. Pleated on the bottom. Practically invisible belt loops if you want to add a fabric tie, like a lace belt. Thin tie shoulder straps that can be easily removed if preferred. Tag says size medium. It can fit a full size 0 probably through a smaller 4. Size 3 to 5 in teen. Sweaters not included. From very clean home. Only unscented detergent used.
