Cherokee sz girls 10 dress black /white polka dots delicate layers of tulle

Very sweet like new dress for special occasions. The dress is so much prettier in person. The dress form is much to small to show how pretty the dress is. I have it clipped in back so it isn’t hanging as nicely as it should. There is a belt the ties in back. There are 3 rows of tulle. It is also lined. Measurements are chest flatfold about 14”. The total length from the top of the shoulders to bottom is about33”. The bottom of the skirt is one length. No visible flaws. Any questions please ask and we will answer ASAP. R 2
