Cherish Striped Long Tunic

This is a ML? I guess a medium long? It has an oversized bohemian vibe. It has very fitted sleeves and a larger scoop neck opening. I have a feeling this is the kind that is so oversized that one shoulder will hang out. See photos for measurements.
