Cherish Navy A-line Dress with lace up back

Super soft a-line dress, drapes wonderfully, and a belt can be added for a more form fitted look. Back has corset style lacing to lace up, but more decorative than functional. Dark Navy in color Says dry clean, but I've always just washed it. Typically I wear a size medium, so this can fit either S or M.
