Chelsea28 navy polkadot wrap top

So adorable! However, I work with children and find the wrap on it a bit too low on the chest for my body type. I have worn it once and meant to get a second snap put in by a seamstress, but have not gotten around to it. Like new condition, it's such a pretty top, it deserves to be worn!
