Chelsea28 long lace trench coat

See through lace on the arms. Made of made of nylon and cotton. Lining is 100% polyester. Warner than it looks but still more for spring or fall. 22.5" shoulders 4". Has pockets. No belt or loops but would look great if you were to add a belt. Top of shoulder to the bottom is 37.5". Bust: 17". Waist: 16".
