Lovely Chelsea28 navy & white patterned blazer. Size Medium. A pink highlighter mark on the left elbow that's super hard to notice & will likely wash out, as seen on the third picture. Another coffee or makeup mark on the inside lining, won't be able to see when wearing. Lined with pinstripes. Pockets can be opened up & used if wanted. Cotton, linen & poly. Chest: 19" flat. Shoulder to bottom of blazer: 28" The picture makes it look more color saturated than it is.
