A very elegantly designed asymmetrical dress with one sided ruffle panel. Chelsea28 black dress in EUC, no flaws noted and looks brand-new. Recently dry cleaned, although dress is machine washable if desired. Approximate measurements: length 35”, 16.5” armpit to armpit laying flat, waistline 16” laying flat, hips 19” laying flat.
