Chelsea and violet stunning cotton blouse top

19.5 across bust 24 long from top of shoulder to hem I wear a 10 in jeans and usually need a 10 or 12 in a top, but I’m broad. I can get it on but can’t really move my arms. My home is smoke free and home to one lil dog.
