RETAIL $495 Pretty in pink, this Chelsea and Walker wrap dress features puffed shoulders and a high low hemline. Pink satin (100% Viscose). Wrap. Long sleeves. V-neckline. Wrap closure. *Flawed: Black mark on the right cuff of the sleeve. Both sleeves at the shoulder seem to have burn marks / holes. Hoping it can be sewn up by an expert seamstress fairly cheap.
