Chelsea and Violet Dress (P-5)

Listing for a small navy eyelet dress. un-stretched waist measurements are deceptive- trust me there’s plenty of stretch and this fits perfect as a medium as well! Super cute dress but I have a very long torso so this was just a tad shorter than I could wear to work. In EUC, no flaws that I could find. Please ask any questions before purchasing.
