Chelsea & Violet one shoulder black fringe dress

beautiful black emboridery-velvet-like-texture fringeys on the bottom hem, they kind of shed, but there aren't any gaps/ots not noticeable in great condition otherwise Definitely want to hand wash, but its very light and would dry super quick a great "little black dress" with detail
