Chelsea & Violet floral sundress

Chelsea & Violet white sundress with colorful flowers stitched at the neckline. Red, blue and yellow stitching on the hem and bottom ruffles. Size Small. 100% cotton. ***there is an extremely light spot on the front. (Please see last photo.) You have to look really closely to see it, but it is there. I have not tried a bleach pen, but I’m assuming that would do the trick!***
