Chelsea & Violet Teal Lace Cocktail Dress

Gorgeous ruffled one-shoulder cocktail dress made of beautiful, intricately-patterned teal lace. Fully lined with a smocked waistband and scalloped hemline. The third (close-up) photo is the truest representation of the color. The tag got slightly bent when I was putting the dress on the dress form, but the dress in is perfect, brand-new condition. This dress is absolutely stunning, and I'm so sad that it doesn't fit me. But I know that somebody else (who fits it) will love it as much as I do!💋
