Chelsea & Violet Shorts

Two layers: doily-like outer layer and inside lining layer. No zipper, buttons, or pockets. 100% cotton. Well worn. Very minor discoloration on the tip top edge of the waistband. Pilling on the inside of the fabric in the thighs - not visible from the outside. A few broken decorations - 2 on the front of the left leg and 1 on the back of the left leg. Approx measurements are: 15" across the waist 4" inseam
