Chelsea & Violet Red Floral Top/Mini-Dress

This is a lovely red mini dress by Chelsea & Violet. Tags were removed but it’s new and never been worn. It’s been sitting safely stored in plastic garment bag in great condition. This dress has a flower pattern in the front and on sleeves. The neck area stretches so you can either wear it as is or off the shoulder. Depending on your height, you can either wear is as a mini dress or long top (your choice)
