Chelsea & Violet black metallic floral semi-sheer long sleeve blouse. Peplum ruffle waist with tie, long sleeves with ruffly cuffs. Tie neck. Metallic gold stripes with black background, pink, cream, and green floral rose print. Contains interior black tank top since overlay is semi-sheer. Ties have tassels on rings at end. New with tags except that one of the tassel rings fell off - see last two pics for it off, and then I tied it on to show how you could make it work. Size: Medium
