Chelsea & Theodore M Tunic Blouse Button Down Shirt Top Mini Dress Floral Print

Beautiful size Medium long button down tunic style blouse or it could be worn as a short dress from Chelsea & Theodore. The tunic is a little oversized so could fit a Large as well but please see measurement details. It is black and done in a floral print in reds, pinks, greens, blue, white, etc... The tunic has a folded collar and long sleeves and flares out a bit to the bottom. It is done in a flowy viscose fabric. This tunic is perfect for the coming seasons and is in very good condition only worn once. Bust - Approximately 22" doubled to 44" buttoned Length - Approximately 33" 100% viscose Machine wash.
