Chelsea & Theodore Creamy Lace Dress

This light flowing fabric is cream colored and has a lace inset waistband. It has a rounded neck. The skirt is tiered with more lace insets. There is a cream colored spaghetti strap slip underneath. It looks like it comes out separate. I’ve never worn this dress. I did find one very tiny hole near the neck line. See picture.
