Pretty and so comfy V neck dress has flared skirt. Black waistband (stretches) has self tie that can be put in the front or the back. The size has been cut out but is most likely a medium (10-12). Please see measurements. The fabric is a polyester and elastine or spandex material. Machine wash. Excellent used condition.
