Chelsea Moreland open toe heel booties!

Never worn before!! Without box! The only thing is that is says they are a size 12W but they definitely are more like a 9-9.5, 10. I am an 8-8.5 and they weren't too much bigger! Really really cute, I wish I could keep, if only they were smaller! Never worn! Willing to negotiate price. Color is chestnut!!
