Chelsea Davis boho dress skirt shirt set size 12 absolutely stunning!

holy cow! this Chelsea Davis size 12 top skirt and scarf set isn't amazing and I mean amazing vintage condition. it is almost like new! and the elastic in the skirt is perfect! The skirt does have some stretch in the elastic! measurements are in the pictures. this is a very special piece. I'm not going to let this go cheap. if it doesn't sell I'll keep it. it fits me!
