Chelsea & Violet Ribbed Tie Shoulder Tiered Tank Midi Dress

NWT. Bought last year and forgot about it. Never worn. I have a shopping addiction...and now it doesn't fit. Beautiful hot pink. Has pockets. Ties are sewn to shoulder strap and can be untied and tied to make a prettier bow. Size small. I am an 8/10 and cannot zip this around the waist but it is more stretchy in the upper body with the Ribbed tank portion. Likely would fit a 4-6.
