Have you ever worn loft? I'm typically a zero and wear a 00 but i understand I bought something on posh and it ended up beig too small

I'm a 25 and it is a bit snug but more in the legs, I wouldn't risk it! Loft does run big, but since it's a petite I don't want you being disappointed :/
