Cheetah blue/cream dress sz small NWOT / soft/

This dress is a size small and I purchased it at a boutique. It was never worn but the tag came off of the pin that’s still on the dresses tag ( as seen in pics ) It’s in perfect condition/ no tears / rips / stains / smoke free home Very unique It’s also stretchy with elastic under the chest area ( see pic)
