Super soft, super sexy, sort of a periwinkle blue color, can be worn 4 ways as shown in the last picture The true color is in the pics of me, super soft material (rayon and spandex), very stretchy Can be worn on the shoulder, off the shoulder, one shoulder, or strapless I wore it one time for Mother's Day and got lots of compliments. I felt so pretty until I saw the pics and decided I needed to lose the tummy before I wore it again. Well, I never lost the tummy. paw071004 @corazonkillen pit to pit is approx 18" down to the bottom seam. The material is very stretchy and form fitting so there's really no true waist measurement. In the pics of me wearing the dress I was a size 4. I hope that helps.
