Can be worn on or off the shoulder , it could also fit M :) it does have quite a bit of comfortable stretch and it’s super cute but it’s a bit big for me to wear it off the shoulder since I’m usually a S (I bought the only size left) for reference the model is supposedly wearing an M, this one I’m selling is L it’s soft rayon material
