Charter Club Silk Blouse 22W Plaid Blouse in tan, brown and purple. Likely vintage, but from unknown time- late 80's or 90's? High neckline with buttons down the back. Short sleeve top has padded shoulderpads, pictured. Lightweight, unlined, perfect pre-owned condition. Bust measures about 52" around Shoulder seams measure about 18.5" across with an 11" sleeve. Top is about 26.5" tall top to bottom overall.
