Charter Club Sleeveless Polka Dot Print Dress

Navy Blue w/white small polka dots. Shell is 100 percent cotton & lining is cotton/polyester. Has back zipper closure. Very cute dress can be casual with flats or dressy with heels. Measures 28" from armpit to bottom of dress. Next to new. I never wore it but I do not have tags.
