New without tags. Black quilted gold zipper full zip stretchy sweater jacket with gold working pocket zippers. Sized as a small but would definitely fit a medium or even a large too. Front is quilted, back and sleeves are sweater material. 88% cotton, 12% nylon. Plastic is still on front gold zipper. Pit to pit measures 17”, but stretches to 20”.
