Vintage 1990s Charter Club black puffy vest size xl. Fits true to size to a little small. I wear a modern 14/16 (tend to be a 14 on top or L/XL depending on the brand. This fit just right, but if you were curvier at the hips or more busty (I'm a 38C) It might fit a bit different. I'd say best fits a 12/14 now. Perfect for layering or using as a light weight jacket.
