Charming Charlie's Plunge Neck Dress

This dress is missing tags but has actually never been worn. The V-neck Plunge comes to just below the bust line. The sleeves are quarter sleeve length with elastic on the ends to hold just above the elbow. The length is about knee high, for a taller person probably mid quad.
