Charming Charlie silver bracelet watch

Silver bracelet watch with adjustable toggle closure. Dressy/pretty watch can be dressed up or down. AS-IS: Battery doesn't work!!! Otherwise, very good condition - no scratches but a few very minor areas of tarnish. 8" long (adjustable) and watch face is 1/2" wide. I've never worn this, I was given it as a gift and didn't like it on me.
