Charming Charlie Green Peplum Dress

Cute, form fitting peplum dress from Charming Charlie. 100% Polyester, allowing a little bit of stretch. Only been worn once or twice and in great condition! I would love to keep it but doesn't fit anymore, so hoping someone else can get good use out of it!
