Charming Charlie Elegant Lacy Blouse

This super cute dark blue blouse is very elegant. It is a mature and classy look-perfect for going on a date or a fancy restaurant. The bottom part of the top fits nicely and is flowy. The fabric of the top of the blouse, along with the arms are nicely fitted and snug on your body. I love this shirt because it is super cute, AND the fabric does not itch! NWOT: I bought this top a while ago and I never ended up wearing it!
