Vintage CHARMANT BELTS of Beverly Hills, California in black. The belt is a stretch style with a hook buckle that easily fastens or removes. The buckle is gold tone and enamel with painted cranes. The Charmant label on the back of the buckle. The approximate length of the stretch portion of the belt not including buckle is 24". The elastic is still super stretchy and holds its shape well.
