Charlotte Russe xs chiffon bell sleeve blouse

Nwt bell sleeve blouse worn intricate lace detailing on sleeves. Chiffon outer with polyester lining in a deep navy blue color. I purchase it and upon trying it on at home, I found the very upper portion of the sleeves to tight for me. I typically wear a medium, but it was so cute and flowy I never have a thought to the shoulder/upper sleeve area.
