bajanginger @debbieschuman sorry, just seeing this! I'm 5'3 and wear it at my waist with flats and it's a comfortable length. I'll send measurements in the morning. I don't believe there is any piling, but will check on that for you as well.

bajanginger @debbieschuman the length is 32 inch while flat with the waist folded. since this does have the waist that folds, this is somewhat adjustable, you can fold less for more length or more to make shorter.
