Charlotte Russe silky dress with straps and off the shoulders - size M

This is a really cute mini dress from Charlotte Russe in a size Medium. It is a periwinkle blue color and it is a polyster/spandex blend. It is is more form fitting but it’s got a silky feel to it. It has spaghetti straps with a ruffled v neck to the bust area, then there is a soft off the shoulder strap as well that is a scalloped relaxed cut. It’s v neck in the front and back and really pretty. This comes from a smoke free home and free of defects.
