Charlotte Russe polka-dot sleeveless blouse in size medium. Base color is baby pink and polka dots, peter-pan collar and button-back are navy blue. Top is sheer. Buttons are in the back of the shirt. Note the small rust-colored stain on the bottom of the shirt on the back. Not very noticeable and would be covered completely if shirt worn tucked in.
