Size small Charlotte Russe black dress. Fitted sweetheart top half with spaghetti straps and a more flowy style bottom half of the dress. The back has stretchy cut out straps with a bold silver zipper. On the bottom hem of the dress is a doilie like floral cutout. It has a fitted black slip attached.
