Charlotte Russe Strapless Dress

Never Worn. Is too big for me.Only few sequins missing (3-5) fully black except sequins. Strap at side can be tied into bow ( as shown in picture.) doesn't matter front or back tied. Size: L fits most 13-15. Armpit to armpit (13 in) don't worry it is elastic (will stretch) 5"3 (my height) will reach down to knees.
