Charlotte Russe Skirt

Soft, stretchy, sweater-like skirt with a half-length silky slip lining. Body-hugging, slit on both sides. Can be worn as a low rise or high rise skirt (I wore it both ways!). This skirt is very warm. Wear it in winter with tights! Looks great with a t-shirt, crop top, or button down. Length: 35 Waist: 11.5 Very minor, unnoticeable piling. Love it, just downsizing.
