Charlotte Russe Dress

Charlotte Russe small chiffon fully lined three-quarter sleeve with slits. The hanger doesnt do this little dress justice. Adorable on and sheer, slit sleeves (say that 3 times, lol) are nice coverage without being too warm or binding. This cutie will get you those doubletakes when you arrive. Looks demure with flats and heats up with a heeled, strappy sandal or wedge.
