Charlotte Russe Beach Dress

Long flowy navy blue dress, perfect for beach activities and weddings! Has a fitted inside linner that ends mid thigh with long flowy material, and a gold necklace that can be removed if desired (although there are very small loops it hooks to). Worn once to a beach wedding. Size medium but the inside liner is very stretchy! Very small tear under armpit (see picture) but not noticeable when worn.
