The buckle on top is separate from sock..can be adgusted..other than that it's a slip on. Thick heel and sole..love love love..can be worn with dress or slim pants! Some Mark's on leather but that's what happens with patent leather. And some lint on socks..but very good used condition. Unfortunately feet grew after baby
