Here is a souvenir recipe plate from Charleston, SC, most likely from the 1990s, when my sister lived there while attending the College of Charleston. It is in VGUC, with a couple areas of fade to the recipe, pointed out in photos. It measures just a little over 7.5" inches in diameter. I *believe* this recipe may have come from the cookbook, "Caterin' to Charleston." (see below)
Photos 1-2, front & back of plate
Photo 3, approx. measurement
Photo 4, close-up of crab (a blue one, which is debated in articles vis-a-vis this recipe)
Photo 5, close-up of all text & image
Photos 6-7, two faded areas of text, one with the word "eggs" and one with the word "and"
Photos 8-10, shots from the side and different angles
Photo 11, some sticker residue shown close-up on back of plate (which you could probably remove with effort)
Photos 12-14, the book I believe it is taken from, but unfortunately could not find a full digital copy to confirm. For anyone interested, as of 1/7/25, there is a copy available on Ets_ which is signed by the author who passed away in 2003.

Author:Maynard, Gloria Mann.
Title: Caterin' to Charleston / Gloria Mann Maynard, Meredith Maynard Chase, Holly Maynard Jenkins ; photographs by Robert M. Smith, Jr.

When you google: "she crab soup" + "Eggs included, if possible" it will return just one entry online which cites the book title incorrectly, but is otherwise a perfect match.
