Charleston Khakis size 37R

Mens Charleston Khakis size 37R, 22 1/4 inch hip, 13 inch thigh. There's pilling and slight staining. There's a white spot on the back that's hard to pick up with my camera. I measured it as a size 36×30. Slight Tearing at pockets seam.
